I cannot recommend Auto Express Mazda highly enough. Our sales person, Patrick, is fantastic, and has taken care of us through two purchases over the past few years. He, and the rest of the staff, are super professional, kind, and above all, not pushy. Easily the best dealer experience we've had in NWPA. Buy a Mazda from these folks and I'm absolutely confident you'll be happy with the experience.

Literally the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. The dealers are thieves that will do anything they can to sell you, then ghost you immediately after the papers are signed. We bought our car and waited 2 months for repairs to be made and state inspection to be passed. After getting the car back we had to bring it back a week later for issues with the brakes and alignment. They fixed that on their own dollar which I’d appreciate if they hadn’t made the alignment so much worse. It’s scary to drive the vehicle now, both rear tires are inward. This is the vehicle Lemon Laws were created for. Avoid these “people” at all costs, save yourself the time, effort, money, and worry that they cause. Edit 11-30-23: I’ve talked with a partner of the dealship and he’s trying to help provide solutions. I appreciate his call and have updated the review from 1/5 to 3/5, and if all goes well and they fix the car they sold me that has had so many problems then I’ll be happy to update to 5/5. Review update to come. Edit 12-24-23: bump up a star for all their help with the repairs and for the loaner during the process, but when my wife picked up the vehicle and asked “At what point do we do something about this? Because you guys have put so much into repairs it can’t be worth it anymore.” For the guy in the garage to tell her she shouldn’t have gotten a luxury car if she couldn’t afford it, as if they didn’t sell us a broken car with a multitude of dangerous issues.

Definitely the best dealership experience I’ve had. Our salesman Adam was great. Highly recommend. Adam got us two vehicles when we went in for one. He paid attention to me during our test drive of the vehicle for my brother and we got it done. I’ve never had a better experience. Thank you Adam and Auto Express Mazda for making it happen.

I’ve had my car for about 2 weeks now and I love it. I’ve never owned an SUV before so I was a bit hesitant about buying one but Adam was great. He took through a few on the lot and we went for a couple test drives. I wasn’t 100% so I took a few days to weigh my options and gave them a call to come back and purchase one a few days later. Adam came in on his day off and unfortunately we weren’t able to get me into the one I’d wanted at first due to the bank saying it was too old, but the were able to work some magic and Adam and the Finance guy were able to get me through not a nicer and lower mileage Lincoln. Great experience and they were very patient with me. Great place for even a first time car buyer to come.
